Magnificent and absolutely perfect location walk from a bus stop, easy to get around. Very helpful stuff, decent sized rooms with bathrooms, individual toilet, shower.

The breakfast had plenty of options and included toast, cereal, and fruit. The room with 4 beds. This accommodation had a very central setting right in the centre.

Had good sleep at the dormitory room with 4 beds. All of the staff was attentive and kind. The setting of hotel was great and amazing, close to the lake.

they gave us wheelchair accessible room with shower, bathrooms and individual toilet and that was essential. the staff were very attentive the whole time. also, location was particularly good and amazing, just a short stroll away from natural protected area national park.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The location was perfect, right on the main square of Bacalar. We were close to everything, with easy access to transportation. The breakfast provided was basic but nice, with a buffet offering cereals, milk, yogurts, fruit. The open-air kitchen was a great feature, and we enjoyed the peaceful garden with the sound of birds. The rooms were basic but clean, and towels were provided. this hostel had great facilities, a convenient location, and friendly staff.

Nothing could have been better.
